When making an EFT credit payment, please note the following:

• Your login credentials are processed and safeguarded in strict compliance with applicable information and data privacy legislation.
• Once authorised, electronic funds transfer (EFT) credit payments are final and irrevocable. You cannot reverse or cancel this transaction after authorisation.
• By entering your login credentials, you understand that you are sharing these credentials with Bob Pay to facilitate the payment instruction. You are not logging into your online banking website or application.
• During transit: Encryption and secure transmission protocols protect your login credentials while being transmitted.
• For processing: Access and use of your credentials are restricted to the purpose of issuing this EFT credit payment instruction.
• By providing your online banking credentials, you authorise Bob Pay to use these credentials exclusively to issue this specific EFT credit payment instruction on your behalf. The credentials will not be used for any other purpose.
• You understand and agree that your informed consent is required and will be requested for each EFT credit payment instruction, including any scheduled payment transactions.
